Over 16 years’ experience in Staff Management, in both public and private sectors including management positions in the aviation and media industries,
Tom says "Having left education and straight into a position at BT, I have always felt that the need and desire to work for myself grew stronger as I gained experience earning promotions in my professional career. I am passionate about recruiting and seeing talent in everyone, nurturing that talent and developing that talent into a workable position that both the individual and workplace benefit from".

Paula has built an extensive network in the Life Sciences, administration and the creative sectors over the past decade. As a working mother, Paula is an advocate for parents that want to progress with their careers alongside the added responsibilities of family life.

With 15 years of Team Management, in the Charity and Transport Industries, Chris understands the importance in connecting the right people together, to ensure the a continued growth in business.
